Attendance may be in person at the Madelyn Helling Branch of the Nevada County Library, OR via MS Teams from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.  This free seminar is geared towards the non-legal community, although everyone is welcome.  No MCLE credit is offered.  These seminars are designed for information only and do not constitute legal advice.

About the Presenter

Dylan Hendricks is an owner and attorney at Hendricks McFarlane, P.C. with a practice focused on estate planning.  She is past president of the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation Board and frequently consults with local non-profits on a pro-bono basis.  She is a proud mom of two.
